Step 2-Custom Design & Detailed Quote
After the consultation, our expert team develops a custom deck design tailored to your needs.

- Enable you to visualize the project right down to the material colour
- Transparent Quote – No hidden fees, just clear pricing
Step 3-Permits, Construction & Final Walkthrough
Once your design is finalized, we take care of everything—from permits to the final build—so you can enjoy a stress-free process. Our team ensures your project meets or exceeds Building Code standards and follows all local regulations.
- Permit Handling & Compliance – We ensure your deck meets Building Code requirements and work with the city on necessary permits.
- Professional Construction – Built with durability, precision, and with high-quality materials by our experienced team.
- Seamless Project Management – We handle all scheduling, materials, and inspections, keeping you updated at every stage.
- Final Walkthrough & Clean-Up – Before we wrap up, we do a full quality check, leave your space spotless, and make sure everything is perfectly finished.
Warranty
Deck safety is a primary concern. We want any deck we build to be a safe place for you and your family. Your labor warranty as stated in your proposal will cover defects in workmanship. Your warranty term begins on the date of your final payment.
Aluminum Products: 20 years Manufacturing Defect and/or
Installation Defect: 5 years
The 20-year limited warranty is for the aluminum only and excludes all
other claims and damages including, but not limited to, any damage caused
by normal wear and tear, installation error, negligence, accident, alteration,
abuse misuse of the product or inappropriate anchoring to the balcony
surface, and any indirect damages. The discoloration, chipping or cracking
of the paint finish (baked enamel finish) are also expressly excluded.
